Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before your scheduled tour for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour will receive a credit for future use which is transferrable, valid for up to one year.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time and no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Weather & Delays

• Tours run rain or shine, but we may modify the itinerary if weather impacts road access or safety.

• In rare situations (e.g. flooding, road closures, extreme heat), Beyond Vegas Adventures reserves the right to cancel or delay a tour.

• We will notify you as soon as possible and offer options.

Pickup & Drop-Off

• Pickup begins at 6:00 AM from select Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels.

• We recommend being at your pickup location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

• Drop-off typically occurs around 6:00 PM, but times may vary due to traffic, weather, or group pace.

• Please do not schedule shows, flights, or dinner reservations immediately after the tour — we are not responsible for missed events due to return delays.

Skywalk Tickets

• The Skywalk experience is sold separately and is not included in the base tour price.

• Guests can avoid long wait lines by purchasing Skywalk tickets when booking with us or choose to purchase tickets onsite (subject to availability).

Dietary Restrictions

• Lunch is provided.

• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you require vegetarian or other dietary accommodations.

Children & Families

• Children must be 12 years or older to join our tours.

• All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Please note: this is a full-day tour that includes long drives and outdoor walking.

Pets

• Due to vehicle regulations and park policies, pets are not allowed on tours.

Photography

• We encourage photos! Our team will help you capture jaw-dropping moments.

• Please respect other guests’ privacy when taking pictures.

General Terms

• All tours are subject to availability.

• Guests must sign a liability waiver.

• Beyond Vegas Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
